What this is

ghosted.review is a free, anonymous, beta project where job applicants in Ireland's tech sector share what actually happened after they applied — response times, how the process felt, whether they were ghosted. Anyone can browse; anyone can contribute a report, no account needed.

This is self-reported opinion, not verified fact

Every report reflects one person's individual experience, submitted anonymously and not independently verified by us or anyone else. Aggregate numbers are simple counts and percentages of those self-reported experiences — not audited data. Nothing on this site is a factual claim about any company's official hiring practices, and it shouldn't be treated as one.

No accounts, no verification

There's no login and no identity check. An anonymous browser cookie is used only to prevent obvious spam — like duplicate reports for the same company from the same browser — never to identify anyone. See a report, relate to it, or add your own without ever creating an account.

It's beta

Data is limited and sparse for most companies right now, and the product will keep changing. A company's stats only appear once a minimum number of reports exist for it, specifically so we're not drawing conclusions from too little data — but even then, treat every number here as directional, not authoritative.

Acceptable use

Don't submit information you know to be false. Don't name or identify specific individuals — interviewers, recruiters, colleagues — in any field; reports are about a hiring process, not a person. Company names are used solely to identify the employer a report is about; no affiliation, endorsement, or official relationship with any company is implied.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, while it's in beta. We're not liable for decisions made based on information found here.
